How a deal is handled

Every deal passes seven recorded steps before an execution file is prepared: intake, counterparty check, instrument check, red flag screen, verification, execution file, record after execution. The counterparty is looked up in the register of legal entities (LEI). A warning sign found in a deal is a reason to stop and verify bank to bank.
